Spinning diamonds after search

If all of your searches in Library OneSearch result in spinning diamonds and you never get results, it is likely you need to update to a more recent browser.  See the "what browsers are supported?" below.

What browsers are supported?

OneSearch is tested only on the most recent stable version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.  Earlier browser versions may work, but there is no guarantee.  When searching, if you get endlessly spinning diamonds instead of results, you probably need to update your browser.

Determine your browser version and whether it is up to date:  https://www.whatismybrowser.com/  (This tool also tells you whether Javascript & cookies are enabled, which is often useful troubleshooting information if you are having issues with using a particular library database.)
