The default "search" [image below] is a keyword search of everything available in OneSearch. But if you select the "Advanced Search" option [image on the right], you can make a much more specific search which will more likely bring the result you want to the top of the list.
Once you find the record for the item you want to add, you can either click on the item and drag it into the appropriate section
or, click the item to highlight it, then select the appropriate section and click to "Add" it to the list.
Online - for items with online access, it will be processed and available within seconds, and labeled as "Complete" with a link to "view online."
Physical - for print or other physical items, you will have an option to request for the library to digitize (scan) a copy of an article or chapter in a book, or to place the physical item at one of the library's reserve desks. The status will be "Being Prepared" while it is in line for processing. The status will change to "In Process" as the library works on the request, and updated to "Complete" when the scan is available online or the physical item is ready to be checked out at a reserve desk.
