Library Course Reserve

Add books, chapters, articles, sound and video recordings, etc., for your students to access

There are five ways to add items to a list, four within the course reserve system and one using a browser plugin:

  • Library Search - find items in Library OneSearch. Online items will be accessible immediately, and you can request physical items to be held at a reserve desk, or request an article or book chapter to be scanned as a PDF for online access.
  • Fill in Blank Request Form - use this option if the item is not in OneSearch and you do not have a file to upload. You can ask the library to get a PDF of an article or book chapter, purchase a print or e-book, etc.
  • "Collection" - you can create a collection of citations you plan to use in one or more courses, then quickly add them to a course reading list.
  • File - upload a pdf or other file you have. Any title etc. information attached will be automatically added, and you can add or edit info.
